hyeres finalist and former grey by greyhound designer titipon chitsantisook will soon be presenting his hyeres collection in brussels, belgium… A special fashion show has been organized to present 12 young and talented designers from all around the world ( antwerp, new york, brussels, london, etc.)

one assumes he left for bangkok, but after deeper research we found out that he is probably to be found in the buriram region of thailand, no proof can be given though, titipon c hasn’t called so one assumes he’s missing……lastest information say that he has called a parisian friend yesterday, but then again it could be a coverup for the possible tragedy……

by accident i tumbled over these pictures, which pretty much look like the jury round from hyeres 08, in particular the round of titipon C.. i know the topic is kind of vintage by now, like yesterdays news, so last week but i’m bored 😛
For once u can see haider ackerman, but also the other varous members of the jury, like maria louisa’s assistant robin schulie, or some where dunno where there should be ricardo tisci…

well after the encounter at cafe beaubourg we all decided to have dinner at titi kwan’s fabulous place and that’s where we spent all night, really it’s fabulous….
the other day when i was doing my laundry somewhere around rue du temple, i got totally bored of waiting and walked around a little….suddenly someone jumped at me at cafe beaubourg, and it was no other than my good old friend ooh (titipon) and he was with no other than titi kwan. that’s when the confusion starts, cuz they both are called titi, and no one ever knows who’s talking about whom and so…well i was suprised to see them together, obviously the have been ganging up all those days in hyeres…and both are great 🙂

how bored can u get? this is titi trying to fill some empty spaces all around the villa in hyeres, pop took the pictures….since it’s obligatory to be fashionable all the time, titi is dressed in a cheap monday ultra skinny corduroy jeans, shoes by Dior Hommes, Jacket and Weekender by realistic situation, scarf found at jj market…..
Well what can i say i’ll just quote diane pernet then : ‘jury prize was awarded to Matthew Cunnington for his Hail Mary collection. The 1, 2, 3 prize and the public prize went to Jean Paul Lespagnard.’ Even though i crossed my fingers like a lunatic, lit a lucky candle and told all my friends to do the same, titipon didn’t win the big Jackpot. I was sad, we all are, because he’s very talented and works extremely hard for his dream. But then again he was in the final selection of hyeres, all eyes on him, that ain’t bad at all. I’ve done a couple of fashion contests, in the Netherlands, and in the end participation is everything, winning a price is great, but not winning is not the end of the world. The feeling of emptiness fades as soon as you are back home and live goes on as usual. If you don’t win it doesn’t mean your work is crap it just means that some people like something else better, nothing more, nothing less.. courage mes amis!!!!
